這個世界有甚麼改變呢？

這個世界是否有改變，在於人們如何看這個世界。

我讀到一篇經濟分析，指南非並沒有從主辦世界杯得到任何好處。

它說，南非建了很多的球場、高速公路、機場、高速鐵路，翻轉了半個國家。

這些大工程並不會帶來經濟起飛，對於一個發展中國家來說，反而是資源的浪費，因為許多設施並不需要，它們沒有多大用途，逐漸生銹、養蚊子，成為廢墟。

這個說法有一定的道理；但是，並不是完全的真理。

通過世界杯，南非讓它的人民，以及全球人民發現“改變”的力量。

一個種族隔閡的國家，人民之間存有嚴重的矛盾，社會經濟條件有巨大的差距，國家注定會繼續分裂下去。

主辦世界杯是一個改變的契機，提供它的人民排除成見，化解仇恨的一次過程，也是重新建立一個國家的方式。

雖然南非是史上第一個在初賽圈被淘汰的主辦國，不過，足球比賽只是一種形式，團結和凝聚共識才是目的。

我相信，這是南非的好人，尤其是曼德拉的一個浪漫夢想；然而，沒有夢想，怎麼會有未來！

馬來西亞的好人們，也要學會如何做一個浪漫的夢。

對於各地的地球子民，世界杯是一個人人可以參與的全球大舞台。這裡不是G8富國峰會，不是達沃斯富豪派對；沒有入門檻，要進請便。

你的國家沒有參賽？沒問題，32個入圍國家，你要加入哪一個，沒有人會阻攔你。

你支持的阿根廷輸了，可以轉而支持德國；德國輸了，可以加入西班牙。

人類自由了一些，平等了一些。

烏拉圭都可以揚眉吐氣，人間當然還有希望。

整个舞台设计就像是多啦A梦的口袋一样，要什么，就有什么！这部音乐剧，在制作布景、道具方面，出手也相当大方，制作可说是非常精致。其中，与饰演其父亲的本地男高音林清福在一场讲述当初中国人下南洋的辛酸史的戏中，林健辉更是真情流露，流下了眼泪，非常投入。

由喜悦文艺空间主办，马来西亚文化宫为协办单位的《我们》音乐剧终于在6月17日晚正式公演，接下来将从6月17日至27日，每天晚上（星期一休息）晚上8时30分于国家剧院一连上演十场！

《我们》音乐剧呈现的是“一个马来西亚”的精神，由杰出的华、巫、印裔艺术工作者一起策划制作，为大马音乐剧掀开了崭新的一页。

剧情主要讲述在七十年代初期，霹雳州的安顺，三个来自华、巫、印的小孩Rahman、阿昌和Ganesh的成长岁月。

故事从他们的童年说起，他们的梦想、他们的恐惧和失望、面对爱情和挑战、面临生离死别的经过，他们学会克服困难，享受到马来西亚独立后丰富多彩的文化，最终取得成功，用自己的方式完成了个人的梦想。

为了配合角色设定，饰演华裔男主角的林健辉，穿上高腰喇叭裤，还戴上了长假发，加上一副大黑框眼镜，还有其憨厚正直的角色，实在让人忍不住会联想到《多啦A梦》中的大雄。

林健辉在剧中演唱了多首歌曲，包括英文、马来文和中文歌，并且有许多内心戏的演出。其中，与饰演其父亲的本地男高音林清福（右）在一场讲述当初中国人下南洋的辛酸史的戏中，林健辉更是真情流露，流下了眼泪，非常投入。

王明丽（左）在剧中饰演林健辉的妹妹，与印裔男主角Michael Rao发生一段甜蜜的恋爱，两人还上演拥抱、亲亲的画面呢，引来现场的欢呼声！另外，他们也一起合唱了一首甜蜜的中文歌，但Michael Rao的中文发音，让人有点听不懂歌词，还需要看字幕，虽然有许多进步的空间，但胜在诚意。

王明丽在剧中的对白以中文为主，偶尔穿插一些英文及马来文对白，直到剧情来到尾声，当王明丽拜访印裔男朋友的家人时，秀了几句印度话，让现场观众大为惊喜，报以掌声。

如果说林健辉是大雄，那么整个舞台设计就像是多啦A梦的口袋一样，要什么，就有什么！获得首相署鼎力支持的这部音乐剧，在制作布景、道具方面，出手也相当大方，制作可说是非常精致。

从体积大的安顺斜塔、小贩摊位、帆船、巴士站、高脚屋、椰树，甚至是华人传统式的药材店，到细节的路灯、公共电话、床铺、脚踏车等等，都非常逼真，让人为之惊艳。美中不足的是，到尾声部分，布景道具发生了一些小故障，幸好也不影响表演。

值得一提的是，当剧情讲述几位主角要搭巴士到吉隆坡时，原本以为，他们坐上了道具巴士，交代了剧情，灯光就会暗下来，换下一个场景。哪知，巴士的轮胎突然原地转动起来，舞台背景的幻灯片播放一直往后退的风景，加上饰演巴士司机的演员也非常投入地驾驶，整个视觉效果就像是巴士在往前行驶一样，画面几可乱真。台下的观众也被逗乐了，笑着拍手欢呼，表示赞赏。

5位男女主角在音乐剧的尾声，都化上了老妆，非常惟妙惟肖，在剧中已嫁给印裔老公的王明丽，更穿上了印度装，非常亮丽。5人在剧终后向观众鞠躬道谢，获得满场喝彩。左起为王明丽、林健辉、Michael Rao、Hafiz AF7以及Nas Adila。

实话实说：

开场前，主持人请所有观众立正唱国歌，第一次看音乐剧唱国歌，是个很新鲜的体验啊！在马来西亚，音乐剧的制作成本都是非常低的，很难得可以看到像这部剧那样壮观的布景道具，非常逼真。别说其它的，单是欣赏这些道具，还有演员们具实力的歌声，就值回票价了！

難接受普通試卷積分低於2.0‧4 STPM考生求助

（彭亨‧關丹）4名成績向來中上、信心滿滿準備進入國立大學深造的考生，竟然在大馬高級學校文憑考試成績中普通試卷成績積分少於2.0，大學夢碎的考生不滿剛出爐的成績，集體向馬華求助！

一女生要求重改華文試卷

除了上述4名來自同一所中學，即關丹彭里瑪柏浪中學的學生不滿普通試卷成績外，另一名來自關丹阿依布爹中學的女學生，則不滿華文試卷竟然“不及格”，要求重新批改試卷。

這批不滿大馬高級學校考試成績的學生在新聞發佈會上，再3強調以他們在校向來的成績，絕不可能拿到如此差的成績。
負責接受學生們投訴的德倫敦區州議員陳漢祥表示，據學生們所提供的資料，關丹彭里瑪柏浪中學竟然出現高達25%的考生在普通試卷中拿到少於2.0積分，直接影響這批學生進入國立大學就讀機會，是一件非常嚴重的異象。

80考生只有5人拿A

他說，學生們告訴他，此校在80多名考生中，共有21人拿到C-或以下的成績，只有5人拿到A。
“我呼吁其他同樣面對這個問題的學生，及早與我聯絡，馬華會收集所有受影響學生的資料後，向教育部提呈備忘錄，同時向副教育部長反映。”

針對華文科“很難考”課題，他則表示，不想看到華裔子弟在華文科考試中遭“刁難”。
“一般人的印象都感覺華文特別難考，我認為，每一項考試的批改，不應因不同老師批改而出現不同的成績。”

吳志強：成績向來中等
〈普通試卷一：C+；普通試卷二：D；成績：C-（積分1.67）〉
“我向來在普通試卷的成績都是中等，我絕對不可能拿到C-的成績。
我在其他試卷中，分別在數學T和化學拿A-，以及在物理科B+，本來是很有機會進入國立大學。
但是，我的普通試卷積分只有1.67，叫我該如何是好？”

個案2
卓秋揚：不及格很離譜
〈普通試卷一：B；普通試卷二：F；成績：C-（積分1.67）〉
“一直以來，我的普通試卷都有50分以上，不可能在第二試卷不及格這麼離譜。
當成績出來後，學校教導普通試卷的老師也說我沒可能會不及格，我真的不懂問題出在哪？
我化學拿B，數學T及物理則拿B-，不過，由於普通試卷拿到C-，直接影響我進入大學的機會。”

個案3
唐家偉：其他同學分數也很差
〈普通試卷一：B；普通試卷二：F；成績：C-（積分1.67）〉
“我很失望，為甚麼我的普通試卷拿不到至少2.0積分？以進入國立大學必須在普通試卷中必須考獲至少2.0積分來說，我直接失去國立大學深造機會。
在其他3個科目中，我化學及物理拿B，數學T則拿B-，偏偏普通試卷拿C-。我的學校有不少同學都在普通試卷中，拿到很差的成績。”

個案4
熊俊欽：驚訝拿到D+
〈普通試卷一：B-；普通試卷二：F；成績：D+（積分1.33）〉
“當我拿到成績單時，我被普通試卷的成績嚇到，我萬萬沒料到會拿到D+的成績。
在考試時，我作答沒有問題，所有的問題我都很順利回答完畢，學校考試的成績也不曾不及格。
我會上訴，要求重新批改我的普通試卷。”

個案5
張欣怡：測中考題竟不及格
〈華文試卷一：C+；華文試卷二：F；成績：F（積分0）〉
“我對華文非常有興趣，成績向來也不差，我是全校唯一報考華文的學生。
在去年的考試中，我成功測中華文試券二的考題，因此，我是絕對不可能在第二試卷拿到不及格的成績。
更離譜的是，我華文試卷一是C+，試卷是不及格，兩張試卷的成績加起來竟然等於不及格！
根據我瞭解，由於教育部聘請中國籍老師批改華文試卷，由於他們太嚴格了，導致許許多多報考華文的學生所得到的成績都很差。”

Hi everyone, Happy belated New Year...haha...this is my 1st post after 2 months, reason for it : too busy...No No..it is just a lame excuse being busy, maybe an acceptable 1 will be lazy ! haha...

So, what happened during my 2 mths off-blogging ??? haha....

After my last post, I went for my own trip, a 26 days trip around northern part of malaysia. I started my journey on 20/11 to PJ for a preparation camp of PBUM (Persatuan Buddhist University Malaya) yearly camping.

On 23/11, I fly to Penang for "Hui Xiang" or in malay "Balik Kampung". It was about visiting my "god-family" in Gertak Sanggul, I missed them so much...haha..."them" refer to the seafood and of coz my god-family la...

After that, I followed my XX(Xia Xiang)gang to Butterworth and it is another trip for food !! We hunt all best food in Penang Island and Butterworth. Those cendol, kuey tiao goreng, guo tiao soup, tisu laksa and tom yam cintan mee were still in my memory. I tested it and it wont be the last time for me, becos really G.O.D food, really G.O.D.....haha......

From 30/11-7/12, I was attending a meditation camp at Ipoh. This is a spiritual camp that teached me how to more calm n followed the step to learn the proper way of meditation.

8/12-15/12, I was in Taiping for the PBUM`s yearly camp. This is the 19th annual camp of PBUM. In chinese, "第十九届马大佛青生活营", I was the ajk of the camp, nice n great camp. I was touched by the teaching and contribution of all the ajks n the shi fu, I hope I managed to join it again in future !

After 26 days, I went back to my hometown enjoying my remaining holidays and I felt relax at home la..watching movie all day all night..haha..continue wif part 2 about MIB and basketball match...

在第十宿舍的最后一晚

约了凡和ND小酌两杯。。。

这就是两杯后的情况。。。。。

凡倒地不起。。。我还是死铁迪。。。steady。。。

ND 更惨。。。两杯后。。。他就中了酒毒。。。全身发痒。。身体扭曲。。。

我就这样。。。看着他们痛苦。。。娃哈哈哈哈哈。。。

换了个角度。。。他们还是一样要命。。。应该是时候叫UH来了。。。不可以。。。他们如果来了。。更大条。。。我就只好静静看着他们。。。。慢慢的。。。。

进入梦乡。。。

说真的：其实心里还真有点不舍。。。这里有太多的回忆。。太多的欢笑。。太多的好。。但是“环境”使我低头。。。希望我以后常常回来看这个可爱的宿舍。。。十宿舍CC。。。我们是最好的！！

最近有一些问题困扰着我。。。。

做不下决定。。。想不通。。。

到底应不应该这样做。。。

还是应该那样。。

想着想着。。。人就会进入自己问题的框框。。看不到问题的重点在哪里。。。

这个时候。。我喜欢找个人分享。。问问他或她意见。。。

打了通电话到槟城给干妈。。不不。。是干姐。。从和她的谈话中。。点醒了我。。让自己更明白问题。。

其实。。

都那么大了。。只要。。自己对自己的决定负责。。自己对自己有交待。。

自己懂自己在做什么。。。那其实就够了。。。

有时候交待其实还蛮厌人的。。因为不可能对全部的事全部的人都可以交待。。。

我不能去控制到每个人的想法。。你喜欢怎样想。。随你吧。。

我只可以站稳自己的立场。。。自己告诉自己。。我应该怎样。。做好自己的本份。。。其他的担心就免了吧。。就顺其自然。。。

好一个顺其自然。。。

听过那么一句话：“If a problem can be solved, no need worry about it..If a problem cannot be solved, what is the use of worrying?”

很多时候。。人就是想太多。。顾虑太多。。担心太多。。。

等下。。如果他酱酱酱。。那我不是酱酱酱。。如果他又酱酱酱。。酱我不是要酱酱酱酱。。。。

酱来酱去都是自己在做不必要的幻想。。事情可能根本就不是我一开始想的。。我又不会预测未来。。。所以还是不要想太多。。好好的活在当下。。珍惜当下的呼吸。。

现在听着的是Beatles的album。。。很悠闲。。。很轻松。。。睡觉前听听。。。特别有感觉。。

悠闲到差点忘记两天后的last paper : Database。。。哈哈。。。

我想睡觉。。。但是睡不下。。。这可能就是传说中的失眠。。

对我来说失眠有几种可能 :

1 有心事 @ 太兴奋 @ 有压力 @ 太紧张 @ 太烦？

2 追戏追到累都不会想睡！

3 楼上的太吵！

今晚的我又和失眠约会了。。因为有了1 和 3。。1 就免了。。今天谈谈3。。。

其实这可能对于住过宿舍的人，并没有什么奇怪的。。。。

楼上的blockmates们。。可能考试月太兴奋。。所以娱乐娱乐。。打CounterStrike打到ping ping pia pia...射到我在tilam上翻来覆去。。一直喷血。。睡不下觉。。

其实打CS没什么了不起的。。。N年前的我也是神准的46之一。。。但是如果打CS打到连什么Babi kau, Mapus la, Bodoh ni, Wahahaha, Huhuhuhu, Babi, Hahaha, betul bodoh la都出来。。。。

Someone kicked the sponsor board out of the his anger...He does not agree with the referee`s judgement..But frankly, I felt the referee is still ok..but the management sux..y i say so ? Because they gave us the wrong jersey size(L size is too big for us), when we try to ask to change the size, they said no more M size then ask us : "U need a scissor to cut ur jersey ?" ... Wat kind of altitude is this ? U think we pay RM90 to borrow ur scissor and cut our jersey ? And1 Malaysia..please be professional when you want to hire your workers or volunteers, if not participants will be lesser and lesser. This little thing will spoil ur reputation and affect ur sales...Dun think that u all are the only one who organized 3 on 3 in Malaysia...pls behave !!

Recently, I watched a movie titled "Einstein and Eddington", It is about the time when Albert Einstein(Andy Serkis) moved from Switzerland to Germany and doing research on his great general theory of relativity.

By the time, British having some conflicts with Germany(killings happened when gas attack) and the politician stop the interactions between Germany and British scientists. But, Sir Arthur Eddington(David Tennant), a English man who found some deviation in the calculation for Mercury based on Newton`s theory and he wrote to Einstein to find out the answer.

Einstein reply him with the answer based on his theory, by the time Einstein`s theory does not have any evidence or prove, his theory was an unknown. Eddington went to Afrika to capture some photos when eclipse to prove that Einstein is right and same time Newton made some mistake. Nice Movie. Watched it !!!

Google宣布开发操作系统(Operating System) ChromeOS

曾经宣称不做浏览器但突然推出了Chrome的Google现在终于要涉足操作系统领域了。Google今天通过官方博客正式宣布，该公司正在开发操作系统，暂定名“Chrome OS”。

　　Google Chrome OS是一款基于Linux的开源操作系统，初期主要面向上网本领域，而非桌面和笔记本。即使这样，和Windows XP/7的正面交锋也势不可免，而且Android也应该要退回到智能手机上去了。

　　Chrome OS系统和Chrome浏览器一样有三大重点要素，那就是速度、简洁、安全，启动和运行速度都会很快，界面元素将会最少化，并且直接集成Chrome浏览器、配合上网本提供流畅的网络体验，所有程序均基于Web运行。Google的网络取代桌面的战略思想将再一次得到贯彻执行。

　　最重要的是，Chrome OS将同时支持x86和ARM两种处理器架构。一度有迹象表明微软可能会在Windows 7里加入对ARM的支持，但希望很快落空。现在有了Google的支持，ARM在上网本领域站稳脚跟应该不成问题，厂商可以籍此开发更丰富的产品线，消费者也会拥有更多选择。

　　Google保证会在今年年内提供Chrome OS的源代码，并计划2010年下半年正式发布。Google声称已经再和多家OEM厂商谈判，届时会同步推出预装其操作系统的上网本。

Until this step, you nearly complete the sign up but you have to confirm your ip so that you can activate your account. Click public html.

Upload all the files into public html.

You have 2 options to upload your file, one is via files and the other is via zip,tar,tgz,gz)

Once you uploaded all the files, you have to edit your main page(this 1st page in your webpage .html) to index.html then you can now browse your own webpage using domain selected earlier. You have successfully uploaded you web page, congratz.

Michael Jackson Dies

We've just learned Michael Jackson has died. He was 50.

Michael suffered a cardiac arrest earlier this afternoon at his Holmby Hills home and paramedics were unable to revive him. We're told when paramedics arrived Jackson had no pulse and they never got a pulse back.

A source tells us Jackson was dead when paramedics arrived. A cardiologist at UCLA tells TMZ Jackson died of cardiac arrest.

Once at the hospital, the staff tried to resuscitate him but he was completely unresponsive.

A source inside the hospital told us there was "absolute chaos" after Jackson arrrived. People who were with the singer were screaming, "You've got to save him! You've got to save him!"

We're told one of the staff members at Jackson's home called 911.

La Toya ran in the hospital sobbing after Jackson was pronounced dead.

Michael is survived by three children: Michael Joseph Jackson, Jr., Paris Michael Katherine Jackson and Prince "Blanket" Michael Jackson II.

Mohammed A . Sekhani -- a veteran waiter at Chicago's legendary steakhouse Gibsons -- told RadarOnline.com: “Johnny and his party arrived just after 11.30pm at the restaurant and requested a private room. He had visited our restaurant several times before while he was filming Public Enemies and he promised me that he would return after the premiere."

Sekhani says Depp and his party ordered appetizers like shrimp cocktails while they prepared his favorite dish Clams Casino – which is clams baked with garlic, pepper and cheese.

Said Sekhani : “He also ordered some $500 bottles of Italian wine and he was in good spirits throughout the evening chatting with Mr Mann and Miss Cotillard. I have worked with a lot of stars like Sean Connery and Robert De Niro but Johnny Depp is my favorite. Beware : Conficker virus could be deadly threat – or April Fool's joke

It could be the biggest April Fool's joke ever played on the internet, or it could be one of the worst days ever for computers connected to the network. Security experts can't work out whether the Conficker virus – which has infected more than 10m Windows PCs worldwide – will wreak havoc on Wednesday , or just let the day pass quietly.

Experts have worked out that from midnight on 1 April, the Conficker program will start scanning thousands of websites for a new set of instructions telling it what to do next. The infected machines thus comprise one of the biggest "botnets" – a network of "robot" computers – in internet history. And if they were all given a target, such as simultaneously sending search queries to Google or trying to connect to a gambling site, they could knock it offline through the sheer volume of connections – a "denial of service". Victims usually discover that they have been locked out of their computers or have very slow-running internet connections.

Botnets have been used in the past to generate millions of pieces of spam email and to blackmail gambling sites that need to stay online during sports events with the threat that they will be deluged by a "denial of service" attacks.

Careful study of infected machines has revealed that from midnight on Wednesday they will seek new instructions from a randomly generated list of thousands of websites that changes every day. Just one needs to be under the virus writers' control to turn Conficker into a newly configured botnet – making the task of catching the exact site a search for a needle in a computing haystack.

Experts admit that they have little idea of where Conficker might be headed next. "It's a brave man who puts his neck out like that," said Graham Cluley, an analyst with internet security company Sophos. "For what it's worth, we have never seen earlier versions of the Conficker worm downloading a malicious payload."

He added that the April Fool's Day deadline could be an attempt to misdirect the attention of security professionals and computer users – or that the activation date could even indicate a prank.

"There is no reason to believe that there will be any instructions for Conficker to receive on 1 April," he said. "They could just as easily be delivered on 2 April, 4 April, 25 May or never."

Others agree that Conficker may not activate immediately, preferring to lie in wait before receiving further orders to avoid scrutiny. "At its core, the main purpose of Conficker is to provide the authors with a secure binary updating service that effectively allows them instant control of millions of PCs worldwide," noted Philip Porras of SRI International. Vincent Weafer, vice-president of Symantec, an internet security company, said: "Most malware these days is designed to be used for some type of criminal monetary gain, and conducting such criminal acts typically requires stealth measures to be successful.

"This makes the odds that a major event will take place on 1 April even less likely, since there is so much attention being paid to that day."

Conficker – also known among security experts as "Downadup" – was first discovered in November last year, being sold as part of a "kit" by a Chinese hacker. Since then, two variants have been spotted as the virus has gone on to infect more than 10m PCs.

Despite being tracked for several months, however, the truth about Conficker's motivations and origins remain clouded. Last weekend, one team of researchers suggested that they may have discovered a "fingerprint" inside the worm which should make it possible to scan computers for the infection, making removal easier.

The identity of its creator remains unknown, despite Microsoft offering a bounty of $250,000 (£176,000) for the information. Usual methods of unpacking the virus code to examine its workings have been thwarted because the authors have encrypted it, using algorithms that render it almost uncrackable.

In the meantime, Conficker has gone on to become one of the most widespread internet worms in recent years.

Last week a leaked memo revealed that the House of Commons computer system had become infected, leading to concerns that confidential or highly sensitive material could be stolen when the virus next updates.

In the document, Joan Miller, the director of parliamentary computer services, said that her team were "continuing to work with our third party partners to manage its removal and we need to act swiftly to clean computers that are infected".

Ordinary PC users are being advised to keep their anti-virus software up to date and watch for news about the worm. Cluley suggested that the widespread coverage could help lessen the potential impact. "Most businesses appear to have Conficker under control," he said. "They've applied patches and updated their anti-virus software to stem the spread of the worm. Some firms struggled to clean it up quickly – but most have now used some of the free Conficker removal tools available for download from security vendors."

The mechanic died of a heart attack minutes after winning the wager, Moscow police said.

I have to say sorry to my frens in this blog...mb in future...i wont b able to update my blog so frequent liao...u know y ?

My "dearest" 10th Coll super fast internet access is goin to stop start from 23 feb n until end of the semester 2(May 2009)....wth...the truth behind the story is that our college`s principal n authority dun wish to pay the repair n service fee for the network....."perhaps"....money masuk pocket la...and some1 complain abt the network to the office last time...then no 1 diu(entertain) him....aftertat...he straight away complain to the QAUM(Quality Assurance University Malaya) this cause the issue become bigger(adik u geng...i admire u tat u complain until QAUM level but i dun blame u cos u got ur right to do tat...dun be influenced by others who scold u...i support U) and...."perhaps"....the pengetua pei song(bu shuang) ppl complain abt it then straight away put notice to stop it lor...

The problem is we are FSKTM student....without internet access we cant do our assignment n research where most of the resource we hav to refer online....can u imagine....medic student without auscultator...physics student without formula n biology student without white rats....F off........i hav nth to say abt the management here...."best Ar" ! 据香港大公网报道，英国一名航空工程师利用最新版本的谷歌地球虚拟地球仪软件(Google Earth 5.0)“畅游”海洋时，无意中在大西洋发现了一个疑似消失古国亚特兰蒂斯的神秘区域。该神秘区域如今吸引了海洋学家和地球物理学家们的目光。

古希腊哲学家柏拉图曾在著作中提到亚特兰蒂斯。当时他指出，该大城市沉没海底，有一道“厚墙”围住，城内有一个由街道和建筑物构成的复杂网络。

38岁的航空工程师班福德在谷歌地球虚拟地球仪软件中综合卫星图像及海洋调查成果的分支工具谷歌海洋，发现了疑似神秘古域亚特兰蒂斯的遗址。他形容它就像一幅建筑界的鸟瞰图，肯定是人造的。该个神秘区域呈长方形，位于非洲西岸对开620英里、加那利群岛附近大西洋约5631米深海底。它的面积大约和英国威尔士地区一样大。遗址的长方形有整齐的边界，里面有纵横交错的刻线，很有组织，很像一个大都市的地图，令人难以想象是浑然天成。该遗址与柏拉图所描述的亚特兰蒂斯极为相似，地点也似乎和上述神秘区域相若。

Baby-faced boy Alfie Patten is father at 13

BOY dad Alfie Patten yesterday admitted he does not know how much nappies cost — but said: “I think it’s a lot.”

Baby-faced Alfie, who is 13 but looks more like eight, became a father four days ago when his girlfriend Chantelle Steadman gave birth to 7lb 3oz Maisie Roxanne.

He told how he and Chantelle, 15, decided against an abortion after discovering she was pregnant.

The shy lad, whose voice has not yet broken, said: “I thought it would be good to have a baby.

“I didn’t think about how we would afford it. I don’t really get pocket money. My dad sometimes gives me £10.”

Alfie, who is just 4ft tall, added: “When my mum found out, I thought I was going to get in trouble. We wanted to have the baby but were worried how people would react.

“I didn’t know what it would be like to be a dad. I will be good, though, and care for it.”

Alfie's story, broken exclusively by The Sun today has sparked a huge political storm with Tory leader David Cameron saying: "When I saw these pictures this morning, I just thought how worrying that in Britain today children are having children.

"I hope that somehow these children grow up into responsible parents but the truth is parenthood is just not something they should be thinking about right now."

PM Gordon Brown refused to comment directly on the story but said it was important that the Government did all it could to prevent teenage pregnancies.

Alfie’s dad Dennis yesterday told how the lad does not really understand the enormity of his situation — but seemed desperate to be a devoted and responsible father.

He wanted to be the first to hold Maisie after the hospital birth. He tenderly kisses the baby and gives her a bottle.

And Dennis, 45, said: “He could have shrugged his shoulders and sat at home on his Playstation. But he has been at the hospital every day.”

Maisie was conceived after Chantelle and Alfie — just 12 at the time — had a single night of unprotected sex.

They found out about the baby when Chantelle was 12 weeks pregnant.

But they kept it a secret until six weeks later when Chantelle’s mum Penny, 38, became suspicious about her weight gain and confronted her.

After that Alfie’s family told only those closest to them for fear he would be “demonised” at school.

Chantelle gave birth to Maisie on Monday night after a five-hour labour at Eastbourne Hospital, East Sussex.

Last night she told The Sun: “I’m tired after the birth. I was nervous after going into labour but otherwise I was quite excited.”

Chantelle told how she discovered she was expecting after going to her GP with “really bad” stomach pains. She said: “Me and Alfie went. The doctor asked me whether we had sex. I said yes and he said I should do a pregnancy test. He did the test and said I was pregnant. I started crying and didn’t know what to do.

“He said I should tell my mum but I was too scared.

“We didn’t think we would need help from our parents. You don’t really think about that when you find out you are pregnant. You just think your parents will kill you.”

But Penny figured out what was going on after buying Chantelle a T-shirt which revealed her swelling tum.

Chantelle admitted she and Alfie — who are both being supported by their parents — would be accused of being grossly irresponsible. She said: “We know we made a mistake but I wouldn’t change it now. We will be good loving parents.

“I have started a church course and I am going to do work experience helping other young mums.

“I’ll be a great mum and Alfie will be a great dad.”

Chantelle and Maisie were released from hospital yesterday. They are living with Penny, Chantelle’s jobless dad Steve, 43, and her five brothers in a rented council house in Eastbourne. The family live on benefits. Alfie, who lives on an estate across town with mum Nicola, 43, spends most of his time at the Steadmans’ house.

He is allowed to stay overnight and even has a school uniform there so he can go straight to his classes in the morning.

Alfie’s dad, who is separated from Nicola, believes the lad is scared deep down.

He said: “Everyone is telling him things and it’s going round in his head. It hasn’t really dawned on him. He hasn’t got a clue of what the baby means and can’t explain how he feels. All he knows is mum and dad will help.

“When you mention money his eyes look away. And she is reliant on her mum and dad. It’s crazy. They have no idea what lies ahead.”

Dennis, who works for a vehicle recovery firm, described Alfie as “a typical 13-year-old boy”.

He said: “He loves computer games, boxing and Manchester United.” Dennis, who has fathered nine kids, told how he was “gobsmacked” when he discovered Alfie was to be a dad, too.

He said: “When I spoke to him he started crying. He said it was the first time he’d had sex, that he didn’t know what he was doing and of the complications that could come.

“I will talk to him again and it will be the birds and the bees talk. Some may say it’s too late but he needs to understand so there is not another baby.”

Chantelle’s mum said: “I told her it was lovely to have the baby but I wish it was in different circumstances. We have five children already so it’s a big financial responsibility. But we are a family and will pull together and get through.

“She’s my daughter. I love her and she will want for nothing.”

Last night Michaela Aston, of the anti-abortion Christian charity LIFE, said: “We commend these teenagers for their courage in bringing their child into the world.

“At the same time this is symptomatic of the over-sexualisation of our youngsters and shows the policy of value-free sex education just isn’t working.”

Today Sussex Police and the local council's children services said they have investigated the case and pledged continued support for the young parents.

Britain’s youngest known father is Sean Stewart. He became a dad at 12 when the girl next door, 15-year-old Emma Webster, gave birth in Sharnbrook, Bedford, in 1998. They split six months later.

真是巧合！

雙武補選的提名日，正是巫統大會舉行時；等到投票日，納吉是以新任首相的姿態出現。

選委會主席阿都阿茲說，補選安排和巫統大會沒有關係。

當然，選委會是獨立的；所以，我只能說，真是巧合。

從來沒有一次補選，從議席懸空，到投票日，間隔幾乎長達2個月。簡直是用了9隻老牛和2隻老虎的力氣，才能夠“拖”這麼久。

說來，國陣的運氣也真不錯。

怎麼說呢？

第一、3月29日提名日，正是巫統大會的第二天。如果沒有意外，納吉在大會上，已經獲得確認為巫統主席。

屆時，巫統必定士氣大振，上下團結一致，向雙武補選誓師，要一舉擊潰民聯。

第二、正式的競選期，納吉是熱騰騰出爐的新首相，英姿煥發，眾人景仰，讓大家充滿期盼。

新首相有蜜月期效應，能夠產生吸票作用；2004年阿都拉壓倒性勝利，不也是和人民濃情密意，情比金堅的時候嘛！

此時，競選日如同情人節；愛情，真是讓人陶醉。

第三、兩個月時間，國陣兵強馬壯，資源源源不絕，保證雙武每一條道路，都找不到一個凹洞，每一個選民，都獲得VIP的照顧。

相反的，民聯兩個星期就精疲力竭，無以為繼，哪能撐到最後。

第四、霹靂州變天，確實會有效應。不過，時間能沖淡一切，人民的記憶是短暫的；一個月之後，大家也忘得差不多了。

四大攻勢，雙武的選民，沉醉在羅曼蒂克的情境裡，就差一句“我願意”。

这整个星期，我只可以用四个字来形容霹雳州的政局，“动荡不安”。政治青蛙们跳来跳去，搞得人民一头雾水，人民明明投的代议士突然跳糟去了别的政党，违背了人民的意愿。首先开始这波跳槽行动的是巫統波打區州议员那沙魯丁，这位“英雄”跳槽到公正党后，发表了有纳吉在巫统的一天，决不回巫统的言论。结果，在跟安华一副正经八百的握手之后转身马上投入纳吉的怀抱，重返巫统。就个人而言，那叫做言而无信，就社会而言，那叫做欺骗大众，就选民而言，那叫做违背意愿，就媒体而言，那叫做恶整媒体。

同时，查马鲁丁和奥斯曼的辞职不被选委会所接受，选委会拒绝举行补选。民联与许月风、查马鲁丁和奥斯曼失去联络。他们都以生病为理由，不与民联联络。过后竟一起辞职成为独立人士，转而支持国阵，推翻民联，让国阵夺取政权。州务大臣尼查解散州议会不成功，苏丹在没有通过州议会会议，就宣布州务大臣失去大多数议员的信任，喻令尼查辞职否则大臣的职位将自动悬空。

在政治上沒有永遠，只有利益。政客们以为了人民利益着想，都说是经过慎重的考虑才跳槽。难道一位代议士个人的片面看法就代表了千千万万支持他的选民吗？代议士的决定究竟是为了人民的利益还是个人的利益，人民看得清清楚楚。高额的奖励金与更多的权力就能让一位代议士抛弃选民，这样的代议士，素质也好不到哪里吧。当初许下的竞选宣言，对人民的承诺，到哪里去了？人民的托付与期望都被金钱诱惑所掩盖，人民的权利被政治青蛙玩弄于手掌。政治青蛙在跳槽行动中获取个人利益，大富大贵，当然名声也遗臭万年。

政治青蛙们的举动所造成的蝴蝶效应，就目前而言，只是选民与政党的不满，但是之后所引发的后果不得而知。政治青蛙的家人所面对的压力，日常生活，工作环境上的影响，朋友以及外人的指指点点都是预料之内的后果。那沙魯丁究竟是因为个人利益跳槽于两个政党之间，还是巫统原本的木马屠城计，让公正党引狼入室的，大玩心理战术，最后再让他重新加入巫统，都已不重要。因为这是个人的诚信问题，你已经没有信用，就算你可以成功做完这一届的议员，下届人民还会相信你吗？还会投你吗？在N年以后，当你的儿子或孙子已经长大成人，问起当年的丰功伟业，对于跳槽这项“创举”，子孙们会感到骄傲还是羞耻呢？

如果说真的是为了人民着想，代议士就不应该擅自决定跳槽，应该通过与人民的对话和沟通才作出最妥善的决定，当然这样的做法在民主制度还不够成熟的国家依然少见。如果说不满原本属于的政党，代议士应该退党，并且辞去行政职位，通过民主程序让人民选出更适合的代议士，而不是以跳槽来解决问题。

当然事情已经发生，历史是不会改变的。在这次霹雳州的易权后，未来霹雳州选民的投票趋向肯定也会被影响。巫统未来的选票会因为这次的夺权行动而减少或增加，取决于人民的智慧。这次的夺权行动，加深了人民对巫统的敌意，之后的补选，才会是两个联盟真正的考验。只有真正为人民服务，为争取人民利益而奋斗的代议士才会被人民所支持，以个人利益为首要考量的代议士只会成为过街“青蛙”，人人喊打。

原属于回教党的霹雳州武吉干当国会选区出现补选，原区的国会议员罗斯兰于星期一心脏病发逝世。这项补选的意义非常之重大，因为在霹雳州变天夺权行动之后，这可以说是人民对变天后满意程度的检验。人民的想法会直接的反应在选票上，这次的补选也被诠释为两个联盟为民服务的验收。

武吉干当是一个马来选区占多数的国会议席，共有62.6%巫裔选民、27.6%华裔及9.7%印裔。在308大选，罗斯兰以1566多数票击败巫统的阿都阿金以及独立人士莫甘南。在所谓的民联主场上阵，民联要再一次胜出应该不难。再加上变天后的政局，查马鲁丁和奥斯曼的辞职不被选委会所接受，而拒绝举州议席补选，苏丹在没有通过州议会会议，就宣布州务大臣失去大多数议员的信任，喻令尼查辞职等，都加深了霹雳子民对巫统的敌意。

在刚结束的霹雳州大宝森节活动中，普遍可以看得出民联的尼查比新任州务大臣来得更受选民欢迎。在赞比里宣布拨款十万零吉以庆祝大宝森节时，在场的民众反应一般，但是在尼查拜访印度庙时，却与民众有说有笑。当然，有补选就会有糖果，你给得开心，我们也吃得高兴，看看这一次会给些什么上等货。

将近一年的服务，哪个政党比较讨好，武吉干当的选民最清楚。当然选民应该好好利用这次补选表达他们对州政权变天的想法。如果国阵输了，不但会威胁到刚成立的新州政府，也可能引发新一轮的政治大海啸。所以，国阵必定要取胜，因为也输不起。国阵与民联的生死之战即将引爆。到底民联会不会延续他的辉煌连胜纪录，把第三场胜利也拿下，我们拭目以待！

回教黨國會議員猝死‧武吉干當補選

（霹靂‧怡保）回教黨武吉干當國會選區出現補選；武吉干當區國會議員羅斯蘭今日（週一，2月9日）早上騎腳車時，心臟病發猝死。

隨著羅斯蘭逝世，這是308大選後，第3場國會議席補選，也是霹靂州政權變天後的第一場國會議席補選。

之前舉行補選的國會議席是峇東埔和瓜拉登嘉樓。

羅斯蘭住在章吉拉浪，遺下一名妻子和10名年齡介於9至23歲的孩子。

在308大選，羅斯蘭以1566張多數票擊敗巫統候選人阿欣查比迪和獨立候選人摩根。

羅斯蘭的妻子莎菲雅（50歲）週一下午說，丈夫在早上10時出門前申訴身體不舒服，因此要到住家附近買藥。她說，當丈夫的轎車途經一家油站時，他把轎車駛進洗車，並向洗車中心員工借了腳車要到附近藥行買藥；當丈夫越過面馬路時，突然從腳車上跌下。
羅斯蘭過後被送往華都牙也醫院證實已身亡。

【本刊曾薛霏、黄书琪撰述】霹雳州原任州务大臣莫哈末尼查（Mohammad Nizar）今晚宣布，民联州议员明日将杯葛国阵州务大臣在瓜拉江沙皇宫举行的宣誓就职典礼，以示抗议。

尼查今晚告诉大约八千名聚在州务大臣官邸的霹雳州人民，民联议员已接到国阵的邀请函，但议决不出席该宣誓就职典礼，以示抗议。

此外，明天午间祈祷时，尼查也将与其他行政议员在江沙的Ubudiah回教堂举行祈祷活动，但不会参加国阵新大臣的宣誓就职礼。

国阵推选的新州务大臣，邦咯区州议员赞比里（Zambry Abdul Kadir，右图）将在明天下午三时在江沙皇宫宣誓为新任国阵州务大臣。

另一方面，霹雳州行政议员西华尼山（A.Sivanesan）告诉《独立新闻在线》，民联州行政议员明早9时30分将聚集在大臣官邸并一同出发到州政府大楼办公。他表示，民联仍是州政府，因此决定明日照常上班。

人民要求还政于民

截止晚上十时，约有八千人出席由民联号召的“十万人大集会”，以要求霹雳州苏丹解散州议会，让霹雳州选民选出他们属意的政府。

这八千民众齐集在霹雳州务大臣官邸前，高喊“还政于民”，虽然人数没有民联预期中多，可是现场气氛非常热烈，民众的参与感非常强烈。在领袖发言的过程中，不忘跟着喊口号：“人民力量”（makkal sakhti)、烈火莫熄（Reformasi）、真主伟大等。

大集会现场挂满了布条，大部分布条或卡纸要求解散州议会，也有的布条和卡纸责骂被林冠英喻作“引清兵入关的吴三桂”的九洞区州议员许月凤。

这场集会以回教徒祈祷掀开序幕，演说会紧接着在9时30分开始。目前出现在现场的民联领袖都是二线领袖，如人民公正党青年团主席三苏依斯干达（Shamsul Iskandar）、回教党财政哈达蓝立（Hatta Ramli）、人民公正党宣传局主任蔡添强、回青团主席沙拉胡丁阿育（Salahuddin Ayub）等。

致词的民联议员主题都围绕在解散州议会，让人民重选的重点上，更不忘讥讽国阵怕输，才采取下三滥的手段夺得州政权。同时，他们也要霹雳州人民不要气馁，同心协力，打倒巫统。

国会在野党领袖兼人民公正党实权领袖安华、民主行动党国会领袖林吉祥、民主行动党秘书长林冠英、回教党主席哈迪阿旺等，都没有出现在现场。

言路: 江瑞耀‧我們算是進步的國家嗎？

一個進步的國家必需擁有些甚麼？筆者之前在新加坡工作過一段時間，有感而發，我看到了一個進步國家所必須擁有的條件：

一、公平對待人才。新加坡是一個大都會，城裡有來自世界各國的精英。新加坡雖是一個小國沒有甚麼天然資源，但是新加坡最富有的便是人才，新國注重人力資源，人力培訓，相信好的國家政策必需要有好的人才來執行。新國不斷通過各種管道吸取國外人才同時加強本國人。

力培訓以提高國家競爭力與生產力。馬來西亞的人才也常年通過新國大學的獎學金與錄取而外流。優秀的人才外流是國家的損失，到最後還要搞些甚麼回流計劃的，早知如此何必當初。如果當初公平的對待各族人才，人才外流的問題就會減少。希望大馬成為最大的製成品出口國而不是最大的人才外流國。

二、有效率的政府。在這裡不得不稱贊新國的效率，從公共領域的公務員到私人界的員工，講究的就是效率。因為競爭力高，有競爭就會有進步，大家都必需打起精神努力工作，沒有所謂的“鐵飯碗”。公共領域和私人界的薪金差距較小，所以新國可以挑選有素質的公務員。通過與市場上薪金的比較，制定合乎或高於市場價格的薪金，把最好的人才留在公務員團隊裡。通過更好的福利維持國家的競爭與生產力，所謂高薪養廉，這樣也可以減少貪污，一舉兩得。如果自家的員工每天都只會等喝茶吃炸香蕉，公司肯定關門大吉。

三、完善的交通。從巴士，地鐵，的士到公路一切都稱得上是完善。可能並不完美但是盡可能做到最好。新國的巴士公司比起大馬的巴士準時得多。筆者現居住於八打靈再也，當需要乘搭巴士時總是左等右等的期望它快一點，準時點。我知道巴士公司已經有努力的提昇服務，但是為甚麼有些巴士卻每天在同一處停許久而不走，而且在巴士站（不是巴士總站而是等巴士的亭子）停著。乘客只好等著司機在巴士裡關著門，吹冷氣，看電視。玻璃是透明的，乘客也不是瞎子。如果說休息也有欠說服力，尤其在晚間，當無人駕駛的輕快鐵過了五六趟，巴士都還沒來或者來了也不會那麼快開走。無人駕駛的交通工具準時得多也有效率得多，難道司機先生們比不過電腦程序？前首相敦馬哈迪說過大馬有一流的設備三流的思維。這句話恰恰的說明擁有先進的巴士但只有三流的司機，交通始終不會完善。除此之外，道路的條件也不達標準，很多交通意外的發生除了人為與天氣的因素，道路的條件也是主要原因之一。

四、塑造“乾淨”的環境。少垃圾是外在環境的乾淨，那內在的呢？人家的貪污指數就跟我們的大學排名一樣低。貪污指數直接影響了一個國家的發展，與國家的進步息息相關。新國嚴格的執行所設下的法律，適當的罰款可以警惕人民達到殺一儆百的效果。貪污是全世界共同的問題，但是杜絕貪污必須要有決心，而不是效仿這個那個。如果說要效仿也必須要獨立操作，行政透明，那樣才會有公信力。所謂態度就是一切，杜絕貪污必需要有積極的態度，否則高喊口號也只是紙上談兵，沒有實際的意義。

以上是筆者膚淺的看法，新的一年，新的希望，希望國家一步步邁向進步與繁榮。馬來西亞能！

英特爾關廠影響深遠‧李耀建促政府培訓失業員工

（檳城）馬來西亞廠商協會北馬分會主席拿督李耀建說，財雄勢大的檳城英特爾公司計劃關閉在檳島峇六拜的兩間工廠，必帶來連鎖性的負面影響，特別是供應原料及配件的本地中小型工業，將生意量減少，面臨關閉的危機。

他促請政府更積極推動失業員工訓練計劃，以應對可能發生更大的裁員風暴。

李耀建是針對檳城英特爾電子廠關閉兩間裝配試驗廠及可能裁退1000名員工事件，接受星洲日報訪問。

他坦言，作為跨國公司龍頭老大的英特爾，裁員及關閉工廠，縮小在檳城的營業規模，必帶來連鎖性的影響。

“從事高科技設計的公司，業務面對衝擊較輕，但需要大量員工的製造廠商卻受到嚴重影響，或許被迫搬遷到工資低的國家生產，以減輕生產成本。”

他說，雖然當局對公司裁員問題愛莫能助，不過，仍可採取數項輔助的措施，首先促請公司先裁退外勞，以減少國內120萬名外勞的人數。

“其次是積極推動失業員工訓練計劃，提供每名受訓失業員工生活津貼，不但可以讓他們應付基本生活的需求，也有工作的保障。

学阵一席之差执政马大

【本刊记者撰述】马大亲学生阵线（学阵）以一席之差，重新执政马大学生代表理事会！

马大学阵在昨日的校园选举中攻下系院级11席及校园级8席，再加上来自法律系的2名独立人士，学阵一共获得21席（马大一共有41席、9席校园级、32席系院级），而亲校方阵线只获得20席，因此学阵宣布以微差一席执政马大。

学阵在文告中指出，昨晚进行的算票过程非常激烈，双方在许多系院级的议席的票数都非常接近，文学及社会科学院甚至需进行两次重算才能决出胜负。在系院级议席计票工作完成后，校阵以19席对11席领先学阵，校阵只要在校园级夺得两席就可以宣布执政。

“然而，学阵在校园级的得票几乎在每个宿舍的票箱领先，最后由马大署理副校长宣布校园级中选的人选，学阵赢获8席，校阵只夺1席。学阵以19席逼近校阵的20席，再加上倾向学阵的两名独立人士，学阵宣布成功以微差1席执政。”

华裔生票转向青派

马大学阵指出，他们早就预料马大将会在投票日当天掀起政治海啸，如今投票的结果证明，学阵的预测没有错。“马来西亚308政治海啸的余温终于在全马最古老的大学爆发，学生也与人民一样，用选票表达要求改变的意愿，这将会让马大校方和政府正视学生的诉求。”

“此次学阵的获胜可以看得出在马大占了将近50%的巫裔生和40%的华裔生的强烈的求变意愿，尤其是华裔生，在校园级大力支持学阵，让过去常常败在宿舍华裔选票的学阵一洗颓势，赢得大突破。”

文告说：“署理副校长涉嫌贿选，猪头事件等都是让巫裔生选票转向予青派的关键，当然这还包括学阵过去在校园不曾间断的努力争取民主，而这次终于获得学生的肯定。”

学阵认为，华裔选票的大幅度转向或与最近12宿舍华人档口被关闭的课题有关，华裔生一般都非常不满校方所实行的种族性政策，此次选举的成绩更证明学生“民怨”之高，甚至摒弃之前对马大回教学生会的成见，全力支持马大改朝换代。

两大族群学生的转向也直接让五年来不曾在选举中赢获议席的新青年协会一次过赢得4个席位，分别是校园级3席及系院级1席，这也是亲学生阵线的另一大突破。新青年协会中选的候选人分别是张雅慧、卢裕杰、叶贞均（校园级）及李京捷（工商管理学院）。

逐步履行竞选承诺

马大亲学生阵线也宣布，逐步履行他们对学生的承诺，即全力争取废除《内安法令》及《大专法令》，争取食堂档口公开竞标予各族及要求校方不分地种族制度化拨款予每一个学生组织。

马大亲学生阵线要感谢全体马大生给予的支持，并也清楚了解到“创业难，守业更难”的道理，并答应全力以服务马大学生为主要目的。马大学阵也宣布将会在近期内组成“内阁”，及早投入为马大带来“希望与改变”的工程。朝向“校园自主，学生自治”的理念迈进，并期望能够促使马大昂首阔步先前迈进，挽回已经渐渐失去的辉煌。

瓜登補選‧回教黨2631多數票勝出

（登嘉樓‧瓜拉登嘉樓）回教黨候選人華希恩都在瓜拉登嘉樓國會議席的補選中，以2631張多數票取勝，奪下這個原本屬於國陣的國會議席。

華希恩都得票3萬2883張，國陣候選人拿督萬阿末法立得票3萬零252張，獨立人士阿茲哈魯丁則得票193張。

選舉官是在9時20分，公佈補選成績。
