香港 : 三胺檢驗Julie's麥香蘇打餅超標 !!!

在香港被驗出不及格的“Julie's麥香蘇打餅”

（香港）香港食物安全中心在Julie's麥香蘇打餅中驗出三聚氰胺，建議市民停止食用。

被驗出不及格的“Julie's麥香蘇打餅”，批次的食用期限為明年8月9日，包裝凈重350克，每大包內有14獨立小包，三聚氰胺含量為百萬分之5.8，高出法定上限的百萬分之2.5。

食安中心指出，如一名3歲幼童每天約吃1.5包大包裝或21包獨立小包，或體重60公斤的成年人，每天吃18包大包裝或252包獨立小包此產品，將超出安全標準。

馬航推售200萬廉價機位

（雪蘭莪‧梳邦）馬航將推出從54令吉起的國內航線機票以及推出飛往東盟與澳洲國家的廉價機票。

馬航董事經理兼首席執行員拿督斯里依德里斯表示，馬航將推出200萬個票價從54令吉起的廉價機位，即從吉隆坡飛往亞羅士打、新山、哥打峇魯、關丹及登嘉樓。

他表示，飛往東盟國家的機票定價149令吉，即從大馬飛往新加坡、泰國、汶萊、雅加達、棉蘭、普吉、日惹及泗水。

他表示，澳洲航線如柏斯、墨爾本、布里斯班的最底票價將從639令吉起。

機票訂購日期是從10月20日至11月9日，飛行日期是介於12月11日至2009年7月31日，不過飛往澳洲的有效期是從2009年3月1日至7月30日。

香港 : 驗出Munchy`s 款夾心餅三胺超標 !!!

香港食安中心驗出Munchy´s迷你花生夾心餅（左圖）及Munchy´s迷你芝士夾心餅（右圖）三聚氰胺含量超出法定標準，要求業界停售。

香港）香港的食物安全中心週六（10月18日）表示，馬來西亞Munchy食品工業有限公司生產的Munchy迷你花生夾心餅及Munchy's迷你芝士夾心餅含有過量三聚氰胺。

食物安全中心的報告指出，Munchy迷你花生夾心餅被驗出含有5.4ppm的三聚氰胺，而Munchy's迷你芝士夾心餅則含有3.8ppm的三聚氰胺。香港的三聚氰胺標準為2.5ppm。

記者週六致電Munchy公司，卻無人接聽。公司網站上公告表示，他們的原料都來自法國及澳洲，可以安心食用。

公告說：“我們不採用任何中國原料，供應商向我們表示，他們的產品並未摻有三聚氰胺。”

香港食物安全中心建議市民停止食用以上產品。

這兩款超標的餅乾的食用期限均是2009年7月15日。一名10公斤重兒童每日食用逾0.59公斤（約13包）花生夾心餅，或0.84公斤（約19包）芝士夾心餅便會超標。

食安中心已通知業界有關檢測結果，並要求他們停止售賣不合格的產品，亦已發信警告零售商及入口商。如有足夠證據，會提出檢控。

另外，新加坡、英國分別驗出中國進口思朗原滋味餅、朱古力味WillySpread，都含超標三聚氰胺。

Global Peace Festival 2008 in MALAYSIA !!!

Wooo.....Yesterday i attended the Global Peace Festival in Bukit Angkasa, PJ, Malaysia. Global Peace Festival is a international event in cooperation with IUSA(International University Students Assembly) and CAP(Collegiate Ambassadors for Peace) that shares a common vision for national unity and social integration. The Festival is a platform for us to share our ideas and endeavours. The main objective and mission is to build a model of unity and peace in Malaysia. Furthermore, we learnt to foster national unity, social integration, culture, cooperation and strengthen Family & Marriages. 

Vision : ONE FAMILY UNDER GOD

GPF 2008 Theme : "Let`s Make Malaysia the World Capital of Peace"

The event starts at 8am, registration and group-dividing come first, followed by "Gotong-royong" at the Bukit Angkasa Residential Area. I was elected to work in group 33 and block 19. We cleaned the block 19 and painted the 1st floor with greenish blue. We had a tea-time at 11.30pm and continue to work until around 1pm.

 Talking abt my gp member, my leader is.....hrmm....sorry abt tat....i just can call U Mr.Anonymous, he is studying mechanical engineering in UM, that`s wat i can recall back....so sorry...haha..We have volunteer who come from UTAR, TARC, UPM, UPNM and UM in my gp...I think we have some from other private college and local University also...

1 to 2pm, we enjoyed our lunch and the performance started at around 2.30pm...Volunteer from different country went to the stage and performed their own cultural show..i heard we hav some come from Thailand, Cambodia, Hong Kong and lots more.

3pm....Daniel Lee..Malaysia Idol come to join us for this peace event...frankly he is kinda short...but handsome enuf....Last time i saw him in Danga Bay 2 years ago...until now...i think he didnt has much difference and "increment"...keke....but of cos...he is much more handsome than me ~~_@ and he sings quite nice....

4pm....the founder of GPF Dr. Hyun Jin Moon arrived and join us...Speech and Briefing...He told us the mission and vision of this international event..We left Bkt.Angkasa aroung 4.30pm...Nice Event Nice Festival..

PTPTN service fee fixed at 1 % !!!

PUTRAJAYA: The new service fee for National Higher Education Corporation loans is now a flat rate of one per cent, down from three to five per cent. 
In making the decision yesterday, the cabinet decided that effective June 1, the new rate would be extended to borrowers for all undergraduate and postgraduate studies.

They include all future and existing borrowers as well as those servicing their loans following the completion of their studies.

Students applying for loans before the new system is implemented will have their applications processed and approved according to existing rates and an adjustment will be made later when the new system is developed by December.

Previously, the administration fee for PTPTN undergraduate borrowers was three per cent while the charges for postgraduate study loans were fixed at five per cent. 
Higher Education Minister Datuk Seri Mohamed Khaled Nordin said the National Fatwa Council, which was consulted on the matter, was agreeable with the decision.
 
In line with the change, Khaled said new agreements would be issued to all borrowers by early next year. They will then have one month to complete the new agreement and return them to PTPTN. 

"If a borrower fails to do this, he will continue to service his loan under the old rate."

It`s just AMAZING.....Creativity is a NEED for our life...I hope we can have this kind of creative bus stop in future.....in Malaysia.....haha...not messy n dirty 1....

PTCC 10th College UM !!!

Finally..come to the end..we done our part in PTCC 2008....the biggest event for chinese student in 10th College UM...Is glad to hear that the response n feedback are quite good...This is a big success for us to held this event...and for sure..we learnt a lot from this event...training n rehearsal is tired but worth it...

I hav to say thank you to all the participates and ajk especially to hip hop teammate and of coz...my teacher...kai qing...who teach me how to dance and get the feel of hip hop...haha...

To My Teammates : Ian, Kenny, Jim, Sy, Mag Shi, Lee Yin & Ken Iu....Ho Yi Si....haha....we hav try our best in the performance...and we really make it a big success..tq oh...

To Other performances : Sketch is Geng de lor...Traditional and Contemporary Dance is Amazing...Live band quite nice oso....

After this PTCC..i am sure everyone will be busy preparing final exam....good luck to U all...hehe...i got many assignments in my to-do list also...haihz....Life is busy but meaningful !!
